By using PoolPlay you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not bulletproof legalese. If something is unclear, email us.

The service

PoolPlay lets you run a private football prediction pool with friends. It is free to use during the preview. We may introduce paid features later, but anything you create will remain accessible.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Don't impersonate others, abuse other users, or use the service to break the law.

No real-money betting

PoolPlay does not handle money. We do not facilitate bets. If your group wants to play with stakes, that's between you and your friends — we just track predictions and points.

Content

You own what you post. By posting chat messages or predictions, you grant us a license to display them within your group. We can remove content that violates these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll surface meaningful changes in-app.
