Privacy Policy

PoolPlay ("we", "us") runs a private football prediction pool service. We try to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we do collect and why.

What we collect

When you sign up we store your email address, a display name, and your password (hashed). When you play, we store the groups you belong to, your predictions, points, chat messages, and notification preferences.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service: showing you your groups and leaderboards, sending you the notifications you've asked for, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

We use a backend provider to host the database, authentication, and file storage. If you sign in with Google, Google receives the standard OAuth handshake information.

Your rights

You can edit your profile in Settings or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account soft-deletes your profile (your messages and predictions are preserved as "Deleted user" for historical leaderboard integrity).
